Franklin Sports, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for supporting people and processes. We are looking for a Payroll and Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our HR department at our distribution facility in Memphis, TN. This role will support payroll functions and will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment. This is a growing organization where every employee truly makes a difference.
What you will do: In this important role, the Payroll and HR Coordinator will handle various payroll tasks with ADP Workforce Now and also support a variety of administrative and clerical responsibilities to keep our HR functions running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have prior payroll support experience. We are open to train someone with payroll experience who has the desire to enter into the HR world with the right personality and aptitude. The incumbent will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, value confidentiality, and take pride in being detail-oriented and want to get things done right and on time. This role requires confidentiality, and the incumbent must possess excellent computer and follow-up skills.
The position is an on-site position, located at our Distribution Center in Memphis, TN, and will report to the Human Resources Manager.

LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Interact regularly and follow up with internal and external parties based on direction of management, presents information for decision making to manager, and the requires ability to independently follow up on pending items and to manage their own daily tasks and projects as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position does not supervise employees.
